Residence Dining
Simply present your ONECard to the cashier. The cash register will read your card and check your balances. Your purchases are then deducted from your account on an a-la-carte basis and your new balance is displayed at the register.
Please advise the cashier right away should you notice any discrepancy with your balances. YOU are in control of your own food credit budget and have complete flexibility in menu selection and eating times.
Please Note your Western ONECard is non-transferable; only YOU are entitled to use your account to purchase food items. Unauthorized use of another student's card constitutes theft.
Reminder - Residence food prices reflect that administrative and capital costs have been removed. This means that the price charged includes the cost of the product(s), factoring in seasonal price, marketing board fluctuations and freight costs, and takes wastage, theft, spillage and condiments into account.
