Your Western ONECard, utilizing your Residence Meal Plan Food Credit, is accepted in all residence dining halls as well as eateries on main campus.
The Residence Meal Plan is made up of two components. A non-refundable charge to cover the costs involved in operating our residence dining facilities and a food credit component. The food credit is assigned to your own account for your individual food purchases. If you still have food credit remaining on your plan at the end of April, we'll gladly transfer your funds to a Campus Meal Plan or give you a refund (less a $40 food credit refund processing fee).
In addition, a Flexible Dollars account can be used for additional services at on-campus and off-campus locations such as vending, or to dine at The Spoke, The Wave or at selected local restaurants and home delivery services.
When your food credit account is empty, funds are automatically transferred from your Flexible Dollars account to your Residence Meal Plan Food Credit, in $50 increments.
